Like any Marvel fan, people are excited over Disney+’s “The Falcon and The Winter Soldier,” set to premiere on August 2020. However, things are not as smooth as the show’s production got delayed due to Coronavirus scare.
The movie was originally set production in Atlanta and had been shooting there for months. They moved to Prague last Friday, 06 March 2020. It was supposed to be finished within a week. But due to health concerns, staff and crew were asked to return to Atlanta. No reports or statements were made yet when the production in Prague will resume, or if it were to resume.
Anthony Mackie (The Falcon a.k.a. Sam Wilson) may have said too much and spoke too soon during his interview with Steven Colbert, when he said the production was almost done.
This is the second time the production halted due to unforeseen events. First, in Puerto Rico but was shifted due to catastrophic earthquakes, and now in Prague, due to Coronavirus concerns. Hopefully, the delays in production wouldn’t affect the set premiere on August 2020. We will be waiting for further updates.
The movie is directed by Kari Skogland which starred by Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Emily VanCamp, Wyatt Russell, Noah Mills, Carl Lumbly, and Daniel Bruhl.
